Return Policy

This return policy describes the terms and procedures for returning products purchased from Medieval Mercer. By making a purchase from our webshop, you agree to the return terms below. If you do not agree with these terms, we recommend that you do not make any purchases.

Return Period:

You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot accept returns.Conditions for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in unused and undamaged condition
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- All accessories and labels must accompany the product

Requesting Returns:

To request a return, contact us at medievalmercer@outlook.com. Please include your order number, product name and reason for return. The request must be fulfilled within 5 days of receiving the product.

Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. In that case, we will reimburse the cost of return shipping.

Refund:

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will proceed to process the refund. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exceptions:

The following products are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been customized specifically for you.

- Products purchased on sale.

- Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g. earrings, underwear).
